These days, data has grown to be among the most valuable assets for businesses. On the 25th of May 2018, the national data protection law (Wbp) will be replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR is implemented on a EU-level and enables the Union to become an obstacle-free playground that allows cross- border flows of personal data.
