Turner & Townsend expands European datacenter leadership team with new leads in the Netherlands and France
Turner & Townsend, an international consultancy business, has appointed Jeffrey Neervoort and Cyril Delmon as datacenter leads for the Netherlands and France, respectively.
These appointments come at a crucial time, as the sector across Europe continues to grow rapidly, driven by the increasing demand for AI services and the rising popularity of cloud storage solutions.
Jeffrey, who will lead the Dutch datacenter team, brings seven years of experience in the datacenter sector and combines operational leadership with expertise in commercial strategy and risk management.
In his previous role, he oversaw service delivery to European clients and led a team of more than 140 people across multiple countries.
Cyril, based in France, is a project and programme director with more than 25 years of experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across critical sectors, including hyperscale datacenters, nuclear energy, and defence.
He has led complex programmes with an investment value of over €2 billion in France and beyond, while also supporting acquisitions, construction, and operations.
Both Jeffrey and Cyril report to Niall O’Reilly, Datacenter Lead for Europe. Turner & Townsend’s datacenter team operates across all major markets and regions and is currently working on more than 500 datacenter projects worldwide.
