As of the first of June, Super Micro Computer, Inc. (SMCI), a global leader in high-performance, high-efficiency server, storage technology and green computing has become partner of the Dutch Data Center Association (DDA). The DDA welcomes Supermicro as valuable partner.
Supermicro has recently opened a new testing facility at their Dutch branch in s-Hertogenbosch which enables enterprise and data center cloud customers to have PoC testing and remote access capabilities. This facility houses several racks of state-of-the-art server and storage solutions combining Supermicro’s leading system architectures with the latest Intel® technologies. The facility provides demonstrations, proof of concept testing and remote access capabilities aimed at cloud service providers as well as enterprise and data center cloud environments.
With the opening of the Dutch facility it is a sensible step to join the Dutch Data Center Association. This creates new opportunities towards the Dutch data center market for both parties.
