Maintenance and repair of VIAVI equipment now also possible in the Benelux region
Simac Electronics has been officially appointed as a service partner of VIAVI Solutions. This means that users in the Netherlands and Belgium can now have their VIAVI test and measurement equipment serviced, calibrated, and repaired within the Netherlands.
Previously, defective or calibration-required equipment often had to be shipped outside of the Benelux region, resulting in longer turnaround times. Thanks to the partnership with VIAVI, customers can now turn to the Simac Electronics service center in Drunen. Here, a certified team with specific knowledge of VIAVI systems is ready to provide direct support.
“With this step, we strengthen our service proposition for the Benelux region,” says Ivo de Rooij, Managing Director at Simac Electronics. “Our technicians are trained and certified by VIAVI, enabling us to deliver factory-level service. But now without the logistical detours.”
Users of VIAVI OTDRs, Optical Power Meters, and other fiber optic test equipment can contact the service center to schedule their equipment.
