New appointments place focus on people, technology and long-term strategy
Almelo and Tinley Park, Illinois, 8 January 2026 — Panduit, the global supplier of electrical and network infrastructure solutions, announces several important changes to its management team. With these appointments, Panduit strengthens collaboration within senior management, accelerates innovation and supports the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
Shannon McDaniel will now focus fully on his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He is dedicated to sharpening the company’s direction and realizing Panduit’s long-term vision through investments in people, technology and strong customer relationships.
Marc Naese has been appointed President of Panduit. He will lead global sales, marketing, operations and all business units. His role is critical to executing Panduit’s strategic pillars: market innovation, manufacturing excellence and customer focus.
Tom Kelly assumes the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Kelly began his career at Panduit as an engineer and progressed into various leadership positions. With his technical expertise and broad business knowledge, he now leads the global technology and innovation strategy.
Rebecca Hulse has been appointed Director Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Digital Strategy. This new role underscores Panduit’s focus on digital transformation and the responsible use of AI. Hulse leads the AI strategy and guides the careful implementation of AI solutions within the organization.
