Open discussion: after each session there is room to ask questions to the speakers and participating parties and join the discussion on the topic.

March 11 2021: Building the Data Center Workforce of the Future

On Thursday March 11, during the monthly DDA Lunch and Learn session, we will present the results of the report Building the Data Center Workforce of the Future, created in partnership with Mercer, expert in Strategy & People.

During the session we will address the following questions:
– What does the data center labour market look like now and in the future?
– How can the industry position itself as an attractive employer ?
– What can the industry do to increase the pool of talent?
– What are the opportunities in terms of diversity and inclusion?
