Salute is launching a new industry run club in Amsterdam, in collaboration with GeN+1 – bringing a concept already popular in key data center hubs such as London, Frankfurt, and Dublin to the Netherlands for the first time. The initiative aims to create a relaxed, recurring space for professionals across the digital infrastructure and data center ecosystem to connect in an informal and social setting. While particularly relevant for Gen Z and Millennial professionals, the run club is open to anyone in the industry interested in expanding their network in an accessible and enjoyable way.
Participants will meet on a monthly basis for a casual 5K run through Amsterdam, followed by drinks. The focus is not on competition, but on creating a welcoming environment to get outdoors, meet peers, and unwind.
The first run is scheduled for Tuesday, 21 April at 18:00. The meeting point is Keizersgracht 264, 1016 EV Amsterdam.
